Who do I contact about telephone, television, or internet problems?
If you are experiencing problems with your service(s) during clerks' normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., contact City Hall at 906-563-9961, extension 200, 201, or 202. An appointment for your service issues to be addressed can be scheduled for as soon as possible. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed, and at no time can be expected after 2:40 p.m.; any service maintenance after 3:00 p.m. will result in a $40.00 service charge.
