DDA EVENT COORDINATOR POSITION

Description 
The person in this position shall be responsible for coordinating and promoting our downtown events and assisting with additional DDA duties, including but not limited to beautification and promotion of our city grant program. The DDA Coordinator must be an advocate for the downtown district, capable of fundraising, energetic, creative, well-organized, and capable of working independently and taking on tasks. Excellent leadership skills and communication skills are essential to this position. This position will require flexibility and will require working evenings and weekends when needed. 

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and community-minded Event Coordinator to join our team! This person will help plan and run our existing downtown events, as well as support other community activities that may eventually become part of the DDA. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll get to work with local businesses, volunteers, and neighbors to bring exciting ideas to life.
